Yeah, blender's snapping function can sometimes be a little tricky so wondering if you tried snap to vertex whilst toggle X-ray to on or edge/vertex slide? (shortcut G x2) Personally I've found most of the time works when an asymmetrical edge doesn't align as expected.
hey Yuri, shes looking really good, last paintover I swear haha so now you are in a good place I think you can try and push her more towards the concept. Ive done a quick paintover on the direction I would go with, Ive made heavier set upper eye lids, wider jawline so you get fuller cheeks, raised philtrum whilst keeping…
Hey Guys! I wanted to know how you would go about modeling a cave? Inside and out!? For class we have to model a temple and I wanted mine to be based in a cave. I have a few good references to look at. I was planning on starting with a box or a prism and working my way from there! What do you think?
Okay sorry for being a bit cagey about describing this. I've been able to narrow it down to simple export from Max, i'm using this inside of daz so i use a variety of programs but dont let that throw you off. 1 shows materials inside of max all multi-surface. 2 shows the materials inside of uv mapper. 3 shows my export…
Pior: Your absolutely right with your crit. I tried to fix the eyes as you said; and I think its definitely looking better now. Mikezoo: Yeah, I played around with the jaw and lips some and it wasn't working so well. Let me know if you still think its an issue and I will tweak it some more. Cody: I worked on the torso a…

Found the bug for the stiches, the normals with a strength of 1 was too much so it causes artifacts. Did lose some details on the leather parts now that I lowered the strenght to 0.5, but overal I still like…
okay, sorry about the tut thing then :) lets focus on crits then. learn your anatomy. first the block in, then the details. have you ever tried face geometrization? your face is made up of many geometric primitives. your forehead as a block in is a rectangle, your eye sockets are hexagons, same goes for lips. your nose is…
It's pretty much a sliding scale, what saves you time, costs you in quality and what gives you quality costs you in time. There really aren't any quality automated lip sync tools that do a good job, they're all pretty terrible but some of them might be within your tolerance of acceptable, it really depends on how low you…
Hey, guys! The lowpoly is going through each other, and when i have my Highpoly it is not. Can someone explain to me if this is ok? Or when i bake, the lowpoly will not be showing through? Low High
