The errors you are having look more like smoothing group issues than seams. Seams always happen at you uv cuts, not in the middle of the uvs. Also try exporting as an obj with precision 12. I have had errors similar to that with hair planes.
Are you looking in the folder which is specified in your first error message? Also, have you tried Google searching with your error messages? Lastly, have you contacted your reseller for installation assistance? They should support the install, that's part of their job as a reseller.
my issue with 3dcoat projection painting is the errors it produces - I've spent time painting a face, apply it to the model, rotate the model around and projection paint the back when I get back the face is covered in errors or partially deleted. I'm not on the latest version
First pass at some scifi objects made in Blender. Used dDo for first pass at textures, they need improvements (some shading errors in some of the normal maps). Made the walkway this evening. Will iterate on it some more and fix some normal map errors.
Nice model. You have some large normal map errors on the stock, the triangles that touch the oval indent. More shading errors from the normal map on the rest of the model too. I would check how the map's being generated and rendered.
Ok I got the "Assimp.AssimpException: Error importing file: FBX-Tokenize (offset 0x34) block offset is out of range" error fixed. Just go to Window->Preferences and check on Export ASCII FBX But the problem with those missing UV Map is still there :(
So when i try to use Goz to 3ds Max 2015 it loads up 3ds max then says key macro cant open up, then there is an error with hexedecimal so it asks to reset to factory settings then the program quits out because of an error. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, most of the geo is cut into the original shape of the sphere and the head piece. The only thing that are floaters would be the bolts and the designs on the middle sections. The rings are all cut into the model. I was getting some seam errors and angle errors which I am currently fixing.
