it's probably another modulating texture overlays with different mapping coordinates to disguise the tiling. 4x4 tiled no overlay overlayed @ 50% no tiling using.... it can be colour btw the tending to white just makes the maths easy also being gray scale it can be kept in the alpha channel of the texture. CPU usage while minimized
Anytime I have UDK minimized, even with a blank scene, 35-50% of my cpu is being used if in 64bit, or 15-30% in 32bit. Was wondering if there was a way to fix it? -

The move and sew moves both edges together 50%, I want to move one edge to the other, not have them meet in the middle.
