It's still the same. Make f1 the lowest point for the hips, f8 is the highest point, back down to f16 which is the lowest, back to f25 which is the highest and onto your next contact which would be the lowest. -

If you want people to actually see your work I would suggest you save your work as jpeg. Your first image is a 120 meg png file. No one is going to wait for that to load. -
