100 subtools seems a bit much. I work on an older gamming laptop that only has 8 GB RAM and 12 mil points in play is a normal amount of points. Did a quick bit of work on the cells . Not happy with em 100%. But theyll do for now. As far as i can make out they aren't ammo but more power cells.
