Interesting project - I'm curious to see how you solve some of the attachment problems in 3D. There seem to be many opportunities for creative reconciliation of function and aesthetic in a modular system like this.
Okay, I solved the problem, I simply did not know the right command. I kept using separate UVs instead of polygons > cut UV edges. Thanks for the help.
Anyway, doesn't know how to solve this problem but I found a great script which works fine for fixing the orientation: [ame] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OASGbZ2WlEQ[/ame]

Try putting the wave file you wish to import in the UT2004/Sounds directory. I've had the same problem before and this solved it. Oh, and make sure it's a mono file, not stero.
clipping issues could most likely be solved with depthbiasedalpha but that comes at a cost. One flaw might be indoor and outdoor spaces so you would have to make a custom mesh.

Wanted to say thanks for the info on free CSS template site. It had a template that solved a problem I've had with thumbnails and text displaying correctly. Congrats on your new site!
Thanks, most of my problems have been solved but I still have some artifacts, any help is appreciated. It might just be something I to need to practice more.
Did you try to use the crease option in Zbrush before subdividing? Located in Tool>Geometry>Crease. That sounds like it may solve your problem of edges curving out.
