I'd first sort out the overall body shell topology which is causing surface distortion in turn other errors as well - just apply a reflective madcap to see what I mean.
well i added more lines and geometry more on parts with those obvious errors before and it sorta fix it, but it still bugs me when i go close i can see those error lines. thanks for the help
Ok never mind, i seem to have solved it now. The errors are still there, but i rendered with the complete map method instead of MR Occlusion settings and now it seems to work and i get no errors. Thx everyone for your time.

I strongly disagree that Designers can get as much feedback that an artist can by simply experiencing their own work.
