In Zbrush you do them like this: http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=074301 Easiest way in max would be to setup a MR daylight system, do your test renders with a low subD level and then bring in the HP for the final render. On a 8+gb system you can bring in a surprisingly high poly count.
WOW! Thanks for the heads up, I didn't care for the full price but this is a great deal! Blenderhead is your system really that old? Its on a five year old engine...dont know how the graphical updates have made it more of a system hog but i'd assume you could crank the graphics down and get a respectable framerate!
Mario Kart was the reason I bought a DS. Sadly, it had to come out a year later than expected. I've got 4 games for the system, and I'd love to nab this (and Metroid). But coming out with 1-2 games a year (that I like) is a little too sparse for me. I'll probably trade the system in for 360 credit.
[ QUOTE ] They have a 6-game $1200 bundle, ha. [/ QUOTE ] How much do the damn games cost for this system ?!? I thought the system was $400 (for the expensive model with all the peripherals), which would mean each of those 6 games costs an average of at least $133! WTF?!? Does the bundle come with a 32" television or…

You then type 1 into two and hit enter it then nudges it over one unit. But maybe a new flashy UI is in order since everyone keeps missing…
That ultimately is down to you and your preference on games. Both the DS and the PSP have a nice sized library of great games, go on ign.com or something and look at the library of games and which ones interest you more, then buy whichever system has the most games that look interesting to you. I would recommend both…

Hi, I am trying to add poly hair onto this model, I already have a quick particle hair system set up. I was wondering if there was a way to have the strands of the particle hair system control the placement and orientation of poly hair "clumps" Is there any way of doing this or is there a better way of doing poly hair in…
