nice work so far, if you look carefully at the concept there seems to be a large strap of leather or something wrapped tightly across his chest in order to secure the armour?
Hey ya'll, I recently wrapped up this small 2 week hallway scene. It was mostly an exercise in mood and lighting within Unreal. I've been working in an echo chamber so any critiques or thoughts would be highly encouraged!
Hi, I'm a newwbee and I try to make a teapot with a texture on it. I'm on quixel suite 1.8 and I made all the maps in c4d but the texture didn't wrap the teapot. look at the picture enclosed. what's the problem ? thanks for your help bertrand

Wanted to share my submission for the recent Art Station challenge. I'd usually post WIP shots here but I was a bit busy keeping up with my contest thread, so I apologize for that. Anyways, that's a wrap for this project, I had a blast!
One of the feedback points I got was that the cloth wrapped around on the grib looked a bit too much like the wood/it needed more contrast/ So this is the new, current look of the grib:

Krita is quite handy when it comes to handpainted tileable textures. There is mode where you can paint over the texture borders and it will continue on the other side of the texture. (wrap around mode)
I'm getting ready to wrap this up. I'm going to have to come back later on to finish the rest of the stuff that will make this a full 360 environment. Here are a couple more progress shots.
