For large structure such as big building normally I would do tiling and trim textures. Tiling for bricks/ concrete/ plaster walls etc that required to tile across U and V, and trim for the metal frame/ wooden pillar etc that only required to tile on one direction. Yep, handles look good. Needs door trim, floor/ceiling trim/molding, lights (wall sconces perhaps?), electrical outlets, tables/stands, flowers/plants, picture frames or mirrors. Try tiling textures and reserve your one offs for smaller more significant objects and far off vista's. You'll work faster and it will look better and less blurry. I usually find it helpfull to make textures first. Solid generics, trims, floors, floor trims, etc. This way you can focus your high rez bakes on fully tiled… -

I think the black mortar between the bricks is a big part of the 'contrast' and 'noise' teodar23 mentioned. Have you thought about light-tan mortar instead? It could be an issue with the ambient occlusion map being too dark. In fact, most of your textures have too much AO. Also the texture stretching and seams on your trim… -

Your roof texture is looking really weird. Almost like the normal map has an inverted channel. Also it, and some of the other textures are not lining up well with the models they are on. I think modeling and UVing things in a more structural way would help boost the realism. Also adding some trim could help hide awkward…
