I'll go first. Altoids are made in the UK, but are not sold here. To buy them here I have to go to a supplier on the net. They get shipped to the US, then shipped back and cost about 6USD a tin.
Yeah go nuts with the poly detail, we used geometry for soooooo much stuff in that game. Jack is pretty on the ball, there wasn't too much parallax mapping used though.
I don't know if this is still an issue with the current UDK, but... be careful with gobs of tiny modular bits. High actor counts can kill performance. Just for looking at? Go nuts.

Nit picks are fine haha, you're absolutely right I have been staring at it for so long I stopped noticing these small differences thanks for pointing them out.
these sorts of random objects are my favorite to model and this is a nice one :P good job :) Though the lights are noticibly low poly yet you have screws/nuts modeled?
