I live and been working in MTL my whole life, 45k is a Junior salary.For 8years of experieces, as you said, is low. A standard offer for your level will be 2-3week vacation and at least 55-60K. This is standard for mid to AAA studio. -

Affinity Photo, the better Photoshop?
Hey People, anybody experience with Affinity Photo? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPFCpAvzIUo For me it looks like a perfect alternative to Photoshop. And its only 55 € without Subscription! Can anybody say something about this nice looking piece of software? -

Tablets
Looking for a nice tablet, since texturing fine details with a (crappy) mouse tends to get very tedious after a while. Which ones do you recommend? Currently have my eyes on a Wacom Graphire 3, which I can get for about 55 USD. Yay or nay? -

SOLVED: Material Request:- Cast steel and iron
Would it be possible (quixel or anyone else who can make materials) to get some cast steel and cast iron materials. I'm talking about the sort of heavy cast as seen on Soviet military vehicles. Especially T-34, T-55.
