Thanks guys. That roof is know as "green roof". It's an old concept, very used in old europeans houses that now it's turning into a fashion, because of the "green fever". I'm not going to model though, it's just an illustration for a magazine, talking about green houses.
The roof is the best part, because it has the most lighting information and depth. the rest of the house is too flat in my opinion. I'd fix the weird intersection issues you have going on and the gaps between the roof tiles should match the tiles.

Hey congrats! Like the shape of the house and the fluffy roof! I think the style of the background clashes a bit with the shop (looks more "realistic" - maybe cause of the trees?) and some surfaces look bit clean/new (considering roof is overgrown). All the best for the next project!
