Nemo is miles ahead of the rest and suits the body, its a 'theme' more than a mere colour choice. I would push his armours yellow tones more to orange a bit though. r.
I'm loving this guy, although I feel some parts of him are quite symmetrical. That is one crazy texture painting job though, I can't stop staring at all the metal armour parts :)

i like the decision to add armour to her legs. her slot distribution's really top heavy, but the way you've split it up looks like a nice way of differentiating it
i thought souls guy was a skeleton , this is a mummy, right? this is great work , i actually prefer it without the armour , the head shots at the top are great, lets see this baby textured.
