Have you zoomed the canvas out? Zapplink-to-Photoshop is projecting from screen space so if your canvas isn't fully visible in the ZB UI (which 2k probably won't be unless you have a very high screen res) then it will also be clipped in PS. If you click the actual button, or drag the zoom you'll reveal the entire canvas.
Hmmm, having trouble sharing screen in the hangout. I can see others' screens just fine. But mine doesn't work. After clicking the button to share, and select which app/monitor to share, nothing is being shared. Tried with Chrome, and Firefox, doesn't work. That's after restart and reboot already. Weird. Just start having…
The fact that they removed all split screen gameplay from all their titles; even the ones that started off as Arcade style games like Burnout and SSX made me very very very sad but is Origins problems, and losing split-screen REALLY worse than people being forced out their homes for stealth taxing mortgage rates?
Normals depend on a lot of stuff imo. They show best of course when you have a large area, covered with small details. Also depends on light. Then there's in game, where you see the effects much more stringly than a screen, you can move around and see the bumps, from a screen the highlights/shadow could be seen just as…
looks like you have bulges on all the slots and electonic machines. since they're mostly touch screen and lcd screen based these days they would be perfectly flat. could save you a few polies. also looks like they're all mirrored. there's probably quite a few polygons that could be shaved without any noticable difference…
I cant alt+tab and comeback at all. Just a black screen and I have to end the process. Also had some trouble last night where my screen would go completely distorted and I would have to end process and restart everything. Great game besides the bugs. Mostly playing either soldier, heavy or medic.
so, how and what do you use the second 12" cintiq for? i just see it as an inconvenience to reach out to that when you could just keep working on the bigger screen with a quick alt+tab. i mean i see the usefulness of a second screen, but why a cintiq? unless you don't want to have to reach for a mouse.
Shep, ohhhh.. I kept thinking it was something to do with my settings for the textures. Hmm... when I create textures, are there ways to make it hold up better, or is mipmapping just unavoidable? Here are some large screens of the door as well as my final textures. Gonna add these screens to my portfolio, this will be my…
<Was that all shot with Matinee in UDK? Yes. <How did you get such epic lens flare and focusing effects? Just built a lens flare with a ton of elements and mixing flare quad textures with textures aligned to the screen, so bokeh from dirt on the lens was fixed in place yet the mask that unhid it stayed around the…
I got a laptop for making games because it was pretty much a necessity my final year of college. Now, I'm back to doing work on my desktop and only using my laptop whenever I do Photoshop or color work. For some reason, my laptop's screen looks a lot better than my desktop's screen :/
