As in, there's no cost to picking up a compiler, using most libraries and then write a game with it. Raknet is fantastic but there's nothing stopping anyone from writing some simple net-code without it. -

Here's another example. All I did was create a box and then chamfered the edge. Did a quick render and got a dark shadow on it. Yup, I'm going nuts :D -

you should be able to install pretty much any blog/gallery system on your internal network without problems, so long as its not being exposed to the net. -

This looks gorgeous! One tiny nit pick though! Looking at the angle of sunlight entering the room, it seems to be early morning or the evening. The bright white light seems off.
