wow thats so cool! really like all the robot parts and the room, the characters arent quite as charming as the concept yet, in thier expression and pose particularly but youve done loads already! really good so far!
Hello there, I am new to polycount but wanted to share my latest environment. Here is a shot from it, you can see more on my artstation, and blog. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/58GLAg. Please feel free to leave feedback, thanks!
Hi, Whenever i choose to use FBX (as in your mesh preperation Video) its offset in DDO. It no longer is at 0,0,0 but somewhat offaxis, anyone has the same experience ? OBJ works btw. and tested FBX 2013/14/15/16
Hey, The roof could use more polys to make it more curved, but dont overdo it. I see you use symmetry but it is very noticeable on the chimney and the front door. Also, the way the chimney merges into the roof... just no.
4 - make the roof and walls separate, and try something like this: or something else along those lines. I don't know what kind of roof and building methods you're going for. keep the pixels nice and square.
Got together the roof and floor trim today, probably going to redo the roof trim at some point, it just stands out too much. So here's a in UDK shot, really need to fix those seams!
Always looking to get better. Please provide some feedback. Here's a link to all of the texturing nodes I used in this project. Follow the link also for Sketchfab. Also, here's the final render. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/X9X8Y
Hi, i'm gonna do a throne of a giant, encrusted in the rock and completely oversized. The place will be into a cave, or maybe into a part of a mountain, i'm not sure at the moment. A great castle will be here, witness of an ancient civilization, commemorating the memory of this unique place.
Well as i dont have time to study how to get easy that roof somethings going right way :) till more fixes and adding middle roof and some smothing and blabla maybe i will make it done :)
