Thanks, Was hopeful that would work but alas it did not. I tried both mesh types and still got the same error message that says the two meshes must have the same number of point, choose the correct subdiv level and try again.
The game is a PS3/360 excluse, no PC version that is, not just a 360 exclusive. :) Either way, it looks pretty good. :) I enjoyed it very much, and am hoping the PC gets an update to BF2, as in same type of gameplay, just newer engine. :)
Hi! Cool stuff, fun ideas there! :) So, the first animation, the guy with the chain. A few things: * It's really important to get the arcs nice and smooth, especially with the visible trail. It just looks dirty and unpolished, and many studios won't accept animations with even cleaner arcs (but still with small defects)…
Hey @Noren I agree with you and I fully understand why @MBauer17 may have been worried. Her worry is valid, and that’s exactly why I’ve taken the time to offer clear, detailed explanations. That said, the insinuation that anyone’s work was taken advantage of is entirely not okay. And it’s important to draw that line very…
Hello @Noren ! I hope you are doing well! Thank you again for your continuous support! Yea, I wanted to model the screen ornaments because I wanted the depth and it's the centre piece too look at when you enter the room~ I have started texturing for all the assets created so far. Here are some interior screenshots from…

I ran into some hurdles that lead to me forgetting to post any sort of updates on the progress of this project, but at this point It's nearing completion. At this point my subscription of Substance Painter has ended, but I'm hoping the perpetual license for 2025 will release soon, rather than taking until midway through…
Hi everyone, I'm a beginner in the field of creating game-ready weapons, and I know there are many others like me trying to figure out the right and efficient workflow for making weapons suitable for use in engines like Unity or Unreal. As you know, creating a game-ready asset involves several steps — modeling (High \…
I always thought you never used externals in the workplace due to stuff like this happening? Hope both developers recover from the pirate, seems this might hit up a new type of security with two leaks in such a short span.
I know this is probably a super basic issue, but I cannot find a solution for it. I'm exporting out an animation into an fbx which will then be put into Unity, but the animation breaks when exported. The mesh and skeleton don't move, but the controllers all move according to the animation; this happens both IK and FK…
