Thanks for suggestion! His body is slim a bit slender in shape and helmet was build around narrow head. But next time I'll make it 10-15% smaller. :D -

Did you tried http://www.123dapp.com/3D-printing#printpartners? I printed a ~ 15 cm long "slamander" (the WoW Warpstalker^^) for my girlfriend there, it was ~ 20$ (and it was one year ago) -
