Definitely retop first as you'll be unwrapping after retoo. Also, if you're posing for presentation of the game ready asset you will want to complete the character as game ready and then pose. That way your pipeline is complete and you can then do what you like. -

update until tonight. almost done, heading to texturing and quixel. i need to take picture of real life boards in the metro, i need references taken from my camera. i will do it on tomorrow afternoon coming home from work. -

Namco could probably do it justice. Tekken 6 is extremely fucking popular here (I play it once a day and still have to wait a good 20 mins to get a seat) no metro sexual square-enix homo boys in this. ;) -

awesome dude. I would check out apartments in the plateau or mile end for some artsy hipster goodness. streets like mt royale / Rachel are pretty cool. anywhere near a park and you are golden. that and a metro station haha. -

Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum!! :) The thing is called Jetfiregun. Low poly model, if I can call it so, has 25k tris. For some modern games, for example metro 2033, its ok. I think, it will be ok for most of games so far. CC are welcome -

reiro : those material are material instances, if you want to see how things are connected, check their parent material :) the same master material was used for pretty much all the props.The gloss wasn't in the alpha of the spec btw, but in a separate texture IIRC. -

What's the end result for? How accurate do your houses need to be? Most game artists just "wing it" and design something that only works well as a playable space, not as a physically accurate repro of a real usable house (because that's usually not "fun").
