The bricks at the top of the window could be done with a texture instaed of being cut out like that. Also, everything shouldn't be once piece. The window panes could be one flat plane put int there. The window trim could also be detached as its own geometry piece. I think the reason you're ending up with so much geometry… -

that is actually a very nice response rather then a rant or kick in the teeth :D so i think ill take the second advice and add some more plants, some bricks on the floor so it looks like the buildings are falling apart and moss on the walls. Considering the shitty framerate in Dirt2, I'd say probably pretty expensive. There's also a difference in tessellation and straight up waste. A lot of that geometry is complete waste. Take the bricks in the buildings for example. The face of the brick doesn't need to be like two thousand triangles and it certainly doesn't… -

The modelling is great but It's all very brown! How about some colour on the walls or a different stone type for the floor, maybe some tapestries on the wall? Couple of things i instantly noticed: seams on the fire place. The bricks in general looks very flat. I would do it in zbrush and retopo it. Same with the bricks behind the cooker. The wood on the ceiling looks odd where it bends. You won't find any planks of wood that can bend like that! Also seams where it meets the bend… -

Hey Thanks for the comments guys. SltrOlsson, they broken bits and the parts where the bricks are showing, I figured I would just model those sections once, and then as I continued down bridge. I would just reuse those pieces again. But your Idea sounds better so your saying using blending shaders for the brick parts right… -

Three major hitting points now would be: 1) Eagle insignia on door is flat and almost invisible against door. You could easily sculpt something out based on that shape for a lot of depth in the material. 2) Low poly chimney has no defining shapes. It looks like a beehive. Hey Polycounters, I am not the best guy in the world when it comes to texturing and using the material editor, as proud as i was of my last project thinking back it wasn't exactly the most performance conserving project.
