I dont know if it's correct behaviour. But when I use Zapplink to link zbrush to photoshop the image size becomes different. In zbrush is 2048 *2048 but in PS is 1474 *916.So when I paint in PS it looks blurry. I checked size by going to inage- image size and it appears different after zapplink linking? Why?

Classic American Vehicle (Car #15 based on 1976 Gran Torino) This model came in at 894 polygons, and also uses a 512 x 512 hand painted texture. The reflection intensity and mask are contained in the alpha channel of the diffuse texture. This campaign blew away my expectations and now sits at 116% funded.

You can unwrap them like this in Max. Look for Spline mapping in the Unwrap modifier. Yep, i did that. Cranked up the subdivisions and applied bevel on the sides, but it only made my box look like a semi-pipe.
