Maya bevel Hotkey problem

I'm setting up my Maya 2016 hotkeys,everything works great except Bevel from the Modeling Toolkit.
It worked the first time and then does not respoding.All the others hotkeys are working prerfectly.When I restart Maya it works for the first use and then again dead.I have no caps on,or different language on my keyboard.
Has anyone seen this before?

I've had this issue too:
The problem was that, first, I'd set my shortcut to the dR_bevelTool command which displayed the exact behavior you described.
I then made a mapping for the dR_bevelPress command instead (Ctrl+Shift+E in my case) which has been working fine since then.
