Re: Arm and Wrist Pain - how did you dealt with them?
In Blender get into the habit of not using the Gizmo, in order to not have to use any click-hold-drag for move rotate and scale operations. Instead use the grab/rotate/scale commands to initiate the action, move the mouse freely without holding down any button, and then confirm. -
