Jackablade: This always happens to me if Im doing the adaptive mesh with just 1 sphere. Attach another sphere to the skeleton, and then preview, and you should be golden. That is, if your talking about the adaptive mesh. If the red & grey zsphere is only showing up 50%...I have no idea.
Sitting above the vehicle is an animation problem, got nothing to do with Karma. Move your root bone down so the character sits on the ground. The PSK doesn't include the karma data, that's stored in the KA. Did you even make custom Karma data for your skeleton?
Yeah you could try Rescale World Units in the utility panel, but you should do a test run thru your exporter after scaling it back down, to make sure none of your entities get screwed up. Skeletons in particular hate to be scaled this way.

bumpety bump, ended up redoing the zsphere skeleton and that fixed the adaptive skin, guess that stray sphere was influencing something still dont know what exactly or how it happened. So problem solved but still would be nice if anyone knows why or how did the zsphere detach itself... for future reference :)

Thanks, 54Strat! It looks much better now! It will take some tweak of the mocap data in order to avoid the sword to penatrate into the hand mesh, but this did the trick! I'll look into Space switching for a future project. I'm not working in a custom rig right now, just the default Humanik skeleton. Thanks a lot, guys!
