Nevermind, I got help from the Mr. Vangorders. Turns out my texture maps being applied were fucking it up. Not sure why, not sure that I care. All I know is it works now.
Geeezzzz.... This guy is looking AWESOME. Bakes came out nice and thanks for that gradient tute, it will be handy. I am really keen to see him with some colour now. Great work Mr :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
Have you tried rendering at 2x or even 4x of your final resolution? You seem to be doing everything right, it's just pixels being pixels, and MR has chosen an unfortunate way of drawing that ceiling line.
Mr Digital: Yup, theoretically it should work on any surface, although like I said it's less effective on really curved surfaces. It's really well suited to raised text or symbols on trickier shapes. Joost: No worries!
Heya thanks Mr. Moose Here's the next thing I'm working on, HAIR. This stuff is really making me pull my own ones out in frustration. I've no clue how to do this with more effecient results.

The train and the mansion Environments are both in udk and the garage is in maya. Mr Significant I agree pretty much everything you have said and I will continue to improve upon what I already have. Thanks for the feedback.
