Portable power source.
I just picked myself up a super sexy 6*8 Wacom Cintiq. Now, I'd like hook it up to my laptop so that I can play with it out in the sunshine or, given that this is Melbourne, huddled up away from the cold in a cafe. Problem with Intuos 3 in Substance Painter

Here's a tip to using tablets in general. In the Wacom settings you have a button labled Customize under the Tip Feel section. I don't believe that's what he's asking for, Render. He wants to assign opacity to the touch-strips on the side of a Wacom Intuous. I've got my left one set to Brush-size, which works wonderfully. You'd need keyboard shortcuts for changing the opacity, though, or there's no way to assign the sliders touch-strips to it.… -

I dont see how it would get all that tiring, it would be about the same as using a tablet all day, just with both hands. But realisticly you would still have a dominant hand. So i dont really see this needing that much more effort than a wacom+ hand on a keyboard already take. Perhaps a small amount more energy put into it…
