Making a tree texture. Transforming, warping, puppet warping.. leaves duplicating them... it's a tedious and arduous process. Anyone have any better methods? maybe in photoshop zbrush or otherwise?
Is it possible to cycle through move/ rotate/ scale in max? more like how unreal engine work. Searching through google doesn't seem to give any answer :( The thing that makes me confuse is that we can't check the state of what transform tool currently on, the code is just simply max move/ max rotate/ max scale, there is no…
Hey guys, me for one like to customize my UI to fit my need and as 'minimal' as possible. For instance, there is no necessary tools on Max's status panel that I really need to be on the whole time except the transform type-in. Yes I can use shortcut F12 to bring up the floater dialog, but honestly it looks ugly to have…

I created a custom armature for a frog in blender and posed that frog. Unfortunately clear parent keep transform, does not allow me to export the pose. I know there is a way to do it I have unfortunately forgotten how and having trouble finding any documentation. Anyone know the solution?
Any idea how to get around this? I've gone into preferences and tried nearest neighbour with no luck, also tried smart objects. I've also noticed this issue occur if I change a smart objects canvas size. Slightly annoying when I have to recreate graphics instead of being able to use the transformation tool for a 90 degree…
Hello again, I'm just curious if there's a way to achieve this: Obviously normal rotation would move those vertices up and to the left rather than just straight up. I tried an axis constraint but that only affects the transform gizmo rather than the geometry. This would be helpful for any planar surfaces that need to be…
Hi, I have recorded to GIF the issue. When grabbing green square of transformation tool, I would expect moving the object in two axis. As you can see, that is not the case unfortunately. Thank you for any clues to find the source of this issue.
