Nice! There are a few inconsistencies here and there but it's nice. I am trying to model from references too on some much simplier enviornments and the floor and ceiling heights from a single photo can be tricky.
Yea MoP - these (and more) were in PC gamer a few months back. Q4 is supposed to have huge outdoor large outdoor enviornments as well though. It'd be nice to see if they can pull it off.

Tried a couple of new enviornment-texturing techniques I picked up from a tutorial at game-artists.net earlier today, it's not perfect in any way - but I feel I learned at least a couple of things by doing it. :poly121:

nice work i noticed the background in the last pic it looks quite good I am liking some of the textures you used in the enviornment do you think you could show soe renders of your environment
Assignment for school, the face isn't very worked on yet - but I have until monday to finish this and an enviornment to go with it. Thinking about a run down alcoholic-ish pad (dirty mattress and stuff). Crits and stuff very wellcome. Cheers :)
UPDATE: Just getting started, but thought I'd see if anyone had some pointers. Same texture on all the planks, just moved the uvs around for each on the texture I painted. Each plank is a four sided box, if you are wondering.
Our studio is broken down into sub departments. I'm lead level designer/artist, so all enviornment assets go through me. But character assests are handled by someone else, as are concepts. So everything is kind of handled on a per-type basis.
