@heyeye Yup, I followed up to that point, but the result I got was this: I tried over and over again following exactly what he does but just couldn't get the same result. @Ruflse Thanks so much for these screenshots and your help. :) I don't have much time this morning but I'll give your suggestions a try later on today. -

Is this a known bug for Blackreach? One of my followers is permanently stuck there :( Tried dismissing her, pushing her, leaving, quick traveling...even moved her around a bit with shouts, but to no avail. She still talks and rotates to face me, but just wont ever move or follow me. Sad since she had such a good attitude… -

Hi, thanks for the reply. I don't believe that should be the issue as I have followed the practice of making UV splits on any hard edges and giving them sufficient padding. My test bakes using simple cubes worked fine and this mesh is following the same setup. I've read through the wiki and can't seem to find a solution… -
