you can do the same thing in zbrush you can easily make a box in zbrush, but DO NOT EVER USE THE ZBRUSH PRIMITIVE CUBE, for some reason i can not comprehend a sculpting program that does not like to many tris include primitive meshes that contain tris! i mean there is no reason for any BOX primitive to have tris in it! but… -
