Froyok: The example is about a setup where all texture channels are used by the same shader. The difference is just how many different textures you send to the shader. Control room is going to be on a timer and locked at the start of the round. Going to put a little light over the top of it red when its locked green when it can be accessed. If it's green the player can open it but it will sound an alarm so other players know its opening up. Then once inside the player can flip the switch… -

While the font no longer turns GREEN to indicate new content, there is a shiny NEW button that appears to the left of a thread indicating whether there is new content or not. Too much shading painted into the diffuse. Combined with the normal map it's just making everything black. Too much specularity on the skin is giving it the Doom 3 "plastic wrap" look. Needs something to offset the green bit up top, it's pretty unbalanced. Green highlight on the crotch, maybe? Could use something to break…
