Thanks! Actually its not working for me :( I can Rotate the Pivot, LOL. But the Alpha doesn´t rotates. I dragged the Alpha with "Dots" in the Canvas. With other Drag Options i cant use "Rotate." With "Dots" i can rotate the Pivot, but the Alpha is not rotating, LoL :(

Nope. The utility also re-aligns the pivot to world space. When you apply modifier alone, it assumes the existing pivot. Edit... using the Xform modifier is useful when you want to do pos/rot/scale using a modifier, which lets you make the transform at a certain place in the stack.
