Not a final result of course)) Quick test of trims and tileable material together. Seems that I have to make some adjustments to base pattern of the trims to make all of them more unified.
Ah maybe that's what I'm thinking of, not the modular type of sheet. A trim sheet, can you point me in the direction of some tutorials for that? I'm getting a bunch of sewing stuff in my trim sheet search.

Here is my work in progress for my modular brief in University , I chose a building that isnt so "modular friendly" but i tried to approach it in a modular way .
You could also use the trim curve brushes as well (not the Trim brush). If you want a really nice refined curve then your should retopologize the dynamesh you have (Zremesher should be fine) and work from there.
