My parents' 2.0 Primera averages about 35 mpg, and we consider that a decent-sized family car. It can make a 350 mile round trip pretty easily on a full tank. My Micra gets a better milage per gallon, but it has a smaller tank, and a 1.4 litre engine. That's what the trip computer tells me... I would not really consider 24… -
