Thank you for the paintover! I started from a basemesh I made, not from Dynamesh, so I can just go back a couple of subdivisions and go over it again. I'll keep the paintover next to me when I continue on it tonight, thanks so much!
Hey Guys :) im creating another gun^^ But this time i wanna try out a workflow, where i just create a boolean mesh inside maya and use dynamesh + polish in Zbrush to get to my highpoly :D So lets give it a try ^^ Here is what i have so far: The Blockout:
Hi everyone! I wanted to ask for some feedback on my human skull I am working on as an exercise at the moment. It is still a really rough dynamesh but I want to be sure to have the proportions correct before I zremesh and move up the subdivision levels. I will be posting updates of it in this thread aswell. Thanks in…
I decided to make character where I could apply all the lessons I've learned recently thanks to the kind feedback of some kind artists here :) Here is the dynamesh of some major geomtries just to see how everything reads. Looking for feedback suggestions about what to make better/delete something.
Here is progress on knight model I am doing! For now I've finished the base form and quick sketch of the basic shape of the armor in Dynamesh. I am still considering slimming him down a bit instead of WoW style oversized shoulderpads and arms. Please leave a feedback if you like :) Have a nice day!
Hey, thought it would be easier to compile work and fun projects in here rather than create tons of threads in P&P. A lot of the stuff is probably finished but im still up for critique so I can apply it to other projects. Comicon Challenge 2011: Giant sculpted using ZBrush only (Dynamesh test).
WIP 6 Taking a damn long time to process all these parts, mostly because I'm a dumb person and didn't combine elements that were intersecting and not deforming as one., Don't make my mistake por favor. Also Dynamesh and Decimation Master is fucky with some complicated meshes, as usual.
Nah, just some janky geo. I made that quick in solidworks one day so it has some overlapping face/vert issues. I need to run a dynamesh over the STL one of these days to get clean geo. Or stop being a lazy shit and actually model it :D
Took it to keyshot to figure out the materials. This is not a true representation of the materials, but rather a preview of what needs to be done. Ready to take it to low poly, then make material in Painter then the other armor. I'll use the same base materials from this armor set to put to the other 2, which is still in…
Nice work everyone^_^ I'm working on a chaos troll:0 zspheres->dynamesh I still need to work on the face and the body and add in spikes/rings @SCB I like the art jam gallery idea I think it'd be cool to see all the finished works of the art jams
