Nice work so far man, the ears should probably be straight though makes the difference between fish/sharp-like creature and weird alien thing. Your call however if you wanna follow the concept more closely :) -

Put all my faith and energy into blizzard's sh*t SC2 mod community. What a mistake that's turned out to be. Awesome assets though guys, haven't wielded a fish yet but I've thoroughly enjoyed being pummeled by one. -

Uh guys, Canada does help out startups. See: Everyday Shooter by Jon Mak, or Fez by Phil Fish. I could probably get money from them too but I'm lazy and haven't actually needed it yet. -

Thanks for the reply, I think some might argue that 2D can, for some, get you there faster. However, this isn't a world of fixed paths, everyone learns thier own way. I'm just fishing for perspective, well aware that 2D isn't "required" to be 3D. -

Thanks man, I'm going to be updating the blog regularly! Here's a still that will be part of my credits. I'm modeling and rigging the little jelly fish creatures, the ones in the above shot are just temporary, though the shader is fairly close I think. -
