What scene was he reenacting? I have played all of Blizzards games including the one in question and I have yet to see anyone fling him/herself off a roof top. I feel for the parents and thier loss but really it sounds like the kid had bigger issues that deal more with his sense of reality and less with any games he has… -

Alright I added a bit more geo and fixed up a few minor points in the texture! I'm thinking of adding some more scratches and broken bits even though it isn't in the concept, just for fun. I'm also going to start doing some pre-vis work on my entry for the Blizzard student art character contest. -

One of the problems is that I can't describe the game. It's a unique, albeit simple, concept. I would rather not talk about it until the game is done and published. But I can say that in terms of art style, I am definitely looking at Blizzard's cartoony style rather than hyper-realistic AAA shooter style. Does that style… -

Well based upon what I see, I'd also suggest developing your 2D skillset further perhaps leveraging a stylised approach (i.e. Blizzard...etc), that's if an option that might appeal to you too begin with?! ...because although a highly competitive field however I think this particular pathway IMO maybe your specific ticket… -

Well, to be fair, Torchlight's head guy is that one special guy that started the entire Blizzard Diablo thing if I'm not mistaken, which means he pretty much knows what notes to hit, unlike the current guys, which while great, simply focused too much of the build of Diablo 3 around the Auction House if I'm honest. -

i regret getting rid of my ds, i wanted it solely for the new advanced wars, i am enjoying the psp still, but advanced wars was such a good game, i hope fire emblem gets the same treatment on the ds, and i hear that Blizzard is considering doing a starcraft for the DS, I may have to get another one -
