Thank you, they will be uniquely mapped on shared texture sheets, probably 1024s with mass amounts of parts on each. They only need like 32^2 - 128^2 pixels each to get the look so putting a bunch on one texture is still cheap to load and makes it faster to do. Question about how cryengine "white levels"? I've notice I have to change a shaders' diffuse color to sometihng like 128 otherwise it'll be overblown / washed out. When I load the default test map level, I see all their assets are perfect & the shaders' diffuse are 100% white. Anything like a global light probe level… -

TeeJay: Its the silver HD version with matte screen from what I can tell. 1920x1200 @ 14ms, probably S-IPS or H-IPS from my research so far, which should be a pretty high end panel. Alec: yeah, I've got a saved search now, looking at sold listings I might be able to get one for $50 or so, I would feel better about that. -

You need to properly edit your Alpha channel to adjust which areas are damaged, here is the documentation about this. When dealing with resizing to smaller maps such as 128 & below, you can end up with a semitransparent 1pixel line around the edge of the map with textures, so its good to duplicate the layer & merge down.
