What Boozerbeard said, try ressing this down to atleast 512x512 and see what details still works, and do a repaint on the textures from there. have you looked at the models in league and checkt what type of specs they use? does anyone know?
Wow! I love that! I'm quite new with Photoshop (texturing in general), how would I get that rich dark brown without ruining the wood quality? Also, how would I "repaint" the stone if I am using photos?
Since the baked normal map wasn't quite to my liking I basically just used it as a guide to repaint most of the normals by hand. I think the exterior is done. So what you see here with no interior details is 3985 polys.
What kind of underdrawing do you have for your painting of the girl? It looks like you need to get a better understanding of the form instead of just repainting the image. try to think about the shapes that make up the form C: keep practicing!
Hey Adam, How did you get the hair that you painted in Zbrush to transfer over to photoshop? Did you just repaint the hair and eyebrows in Photoshop? Really great time-lapse! Thanks
Simple answer - the door got damaged, so they got a replacement at a "Pull a part" place, and haven't gotten around to repainting it yet. I see dozens of fenders, doors, hoods, and such like that every day.
Ok! I´m still thinking about better fur look, but there are not too much things left to do: Repaint in Substance, trying to improve the fur, the pose and perhaps a few more handpaints on the body :)
Polycount should have a rule that all image macro and internet meme jokes must be handpainted by the poster in question. And no recycling anything, you have to repaint monorail cat everytime you want to post it.
I did an initial projection but everything was horribly off so i just used it as a color base and repainted around 90% of it which was also a good exercise since I'm not used to paint that loosely =)
I've just got a new GT430 card and Maya2011 won't work in Hardware Rendering Mode. does anyone know if this is a hardware or driver issue? also can i import my Maya vertex colours into UDK directly or do i have to repaint them? Cheers tharle
