blooming marvellous :) Looks a bit complex (for me) at first glance but I am sure I could get used to it. Lux did mention something last year about working closely with the the foundry programmers and there we have it
These two have been getting some much deserved press with this book. They've been defining the Ratchet & Clank games for a decade. They need to do more work with Marvel. I loved the Spider-cat comic they did a bit ago.
I think in my parents garage I've got the whole run of the books these were in. Think it's like Who's Who of Marvel or Mavel Masters Manual or something of the sort. I can double check if you're looking for the hardcopies Rick.
working on a marvelous designer to zbrush to keyshot workflow lately. Trouble with gaping seams and the like and getting high enough subd on my cloth but at least keyshot is easy to learn. MD and Keyshot are the easiest for me to grasp but Zbrush is much harder
Hi @Fodenn Thank you (: I reworked the entire jacket today in Marvelous Designer. Rather than a generic puff jacket, I focused on a Demoboza jacket that I feel fits her better. here's the MD Garment Pattern
Tweaking shapes and worked on anatomy. Veered away from the face likeness and did a realistic face study. It is a placeholder for now. Going to hop into Marvelous Designer next and work on the clothing before I get back into the waist up armor.
Started working on the mermaid, still rough. I can already see some changes I need to make, and debating on using Marvellous Designer to create the nice goldfish fins like a dress. Also here is her blinking xD
Had another crack at Marvelous Designer tonight. I'm sure someone who knows what they're doing could match the cape concept perfectly just in MD, but as it is I'm happy taking this as my base to continue sculpting on in ZB.
I also made a cloth that hangs from the robot's belt. initially, I wanted to do it all in marvelous designer, but in the end I did everything in 3D max, using the "cloth" modifier and slightly modified everything in z- brush.
Many thanks! But pls don't call him Reek guys, it makes him saad panda. :) Nothing special about the workflow. Most pieces like sleeves and boots were sculpted manually. Marvelous was used for the pants, the gloves and the collar.
