Can you post the wireframe view of the low poly model? It looks like there is a lot of n-gons which can cause shading issues. -

Press T, or Click the "Edit" button. To clear those "repeats," press N to clear the Canvas of inactive Tools (i.e. the object you're sculpting) -

I don't see a problem. If it is flat then triangles and n-gons are alright. If you intend to bend/deform it then it's better to retopo it by hand after booleans. -

You seem to have N-Gons on the side of both the high and low meshes. I would redo them and try again with better topology. -

You can add macros into that directory if you would like to but be careful if your doing this for a team of artists and the folder is on a shared network. If another artist right clicks the macroscript in the customize dialog and chooses "Edit Macrosript File" they could potentially change the one on the network and not… -
