Was pointed to this portfolio but, it's a different game, different studio. Still find it interesting to compare the results. Looks as though they baked the cel lighting for these turnarounds which really changes the style.

Hard to say if they are baked into the maps. On the turn arounds (like Kakashi) you can see the shadows move. But on the others they seem to be baked in.
But it doesn't change the fact that they fantastic.

if you reverse image search it maybe you'll find something.
