Sharpen is an unsharp mask with a small blur diameter. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unsharp_masking It's basically the same as putting a copy of the image in overlay and running a highpass filter on it. You can further break down the high pass filter into a blur of an inverted copy set to 50% opacity
Click on the alpha channel so you can see it in the main window. Select all, and copy it. Now add a mask to your current layer. Alt+click on it, and you will be viewing it. Now paste in the copied version of the alpha mask. Also: http://www.poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/masks.htm

if I've had to make changes, I usually unbind the skin, make the changes, rebind the skeleton, import the old model and copy skin weights, then delete out the imported mesh. Copy skin weights seems to do a decent job if the mesh is exactly the same shape
Bought the 4 pack for $150 for some of us here at work this morning. The button to share the 3 extra copies was not working and Valve was fixing it this morning. Sadly we could not play. Not only did they fix the issue but gave us an extra copy for the inconvenience. Very impressive.
Looking in both locations should be standard procedure by now, too many games give the wrong location there. BTW, any known issues with the copy protection so far? I'd hate to pay fifty for a game that doesn't run because of some flawed copy protection mechanism.
Pure jokes, the guy who gave it 4 stars only has one review. Quote from 5 star guy: "The fact that there is only a single copy remaining is testament to its quality. Live life on the edge®: grab it now!®" Just one copy!?
I've not used my [purchased] copy of DDO for a few months and when launching it the other day it activated an update - to what appears to be the free version. From what I gather, this 'Legacy' version has limited features and a totally different interface. Is this correct? If so, I feel completely ripped off since I only…
You should be able to copy the weights from one vert and paste it to the other. like Monster pointed out if the weights are identical it will behave the same. In the skin modifier click the wrench button and use the copy/paste functions. If it still tears apart, there is something seriously weird going on.
