I can do you one better: here's a guy that a while ago was able to import a 100% legit FA G36. It's not a carbine model, but there are a lot of useful close-ups. http://gallery.gunsofthereich.com/g36k-84-1105/G36k_01.jpg.php click for larger. Go up a level and he's got a ton of great shots of other German guns, such as the…
The green naked statue I this place, not sure why. Reminds me of working in a team. Serious learning coupled with stupid perverted jokes and rofl's. oh and fart jokes. It's also good because you know that if you post your work you will get the truth, not just the "thats awesome!!111 *dies* faints* *dies again*" shit.
Eric: "_noshadows.fx" is the max 9 version, the technique is SM3 and it's the same machine. Revel:I'm using the old shader on max 9 because i get errors with 1.5 (only works with max 2008+ i believe). I would've used 3PS light, but again i'm screwed. The ghetto workaround is importing a max 9 scene with shader applied =/.
Haha. Nah, I had a PSP for a while. But once Monster Hunter: Freedom came out, the controls were so bad I could not play it. I bought my PSP used for $110 and got $90 for it in trade in 6 months later. I think I got my $20 worth with all the emulated games and homebrew.
that's great, i can't wait to see the lowpoly one... pants are strange because falls too much over the feet see http://www.anime-model-sheets.com/show.php?w=1105 i think they needs to drop much higher and close up over the feet, and not cover it at all btw, great work, i'm going to really admire you
Im pretty new in hardsurface modelling and modelling in general so dont expect anything epic. Any tips or tricks how to make it look better? Any c&c is welcome My concept->http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2014/111/4/f/plane_concept_by_make666-d7ff6h7.jpg Current progress (Update 29.4.2014)…
Eric, you are correct, the seam is less visible but it`s still there. If you increase the Multiplier/Strength value from 1.0 to 1.5 in 3Point Shader, the seam gets more obvious. I also imported the lowpoly into xNormal, applied the bake and the seam is still not gone. Also tried the bake in Fallout New Vegas getting the…
Just wanted to say BRAVO, thank you! Exactly correct. What gamers say they want and what they actually buy are often very different things. "We want innovation and fresh gameplay experiences!" **Master Chief Bundle - $60!** "OMFG!!!111!! TAKE MY MONEY!!!" The reason so many sequels get made is because that's what people…
It's not first time in 3D: I'm in all 3D from 1.5 year, but now I have some inspiration and motivation to do something. About scale, yeah, you have right. Can someone tell me what photobucket doing while uploading to them my renders? I render that scene in 1920x1280, and PB scale it to 1024x768. Anyone know something about…
The metal parts are very dark and it is hard to see a lot of it, but I'm not sure if your texture is too dark or it is just the lighting. Also Reventius is correct, the wear line from the cylinder rotating generally will end at the indentations. Here are a couple examples http://www.hansenguns.com/images/swarmymodel1.jpg…
