It may be for some reason but i make sure to have the latest videocard drivers installed on my videocard because Maya can be bitchy with all the new realtime viewport plugins. The problem went away with a fresh new upgrade from Nvidia (my case)

Apologies again for the double-post (triple-post?). I've taken Light On Switch's advice to heart and aggresively mirror/duplicate elements where I can to minimize their footprint on the texture sheet. Here's my two latest texture sheets (1024x1024 and 2048x1024 respectively):

Roads sometimes have specific toolsets for them in the game editor. Unreal uses Landscape Splines for this. https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/Landscape/Editing/Splines/index.html Do you have any image references for the kind of road you want to build?
