holy shit, fantastic work on the spacebro thus far dude, loving the subtle dirt you have around the clean white suit. the only thing that sticks out is the faceting around the base of the helmet
Not much of an update. I keep going back and forth whether I should add more detail to the armor. right now I'm leaning to more detail now that the helmet looks way better.
I wish cool gadgets would be cheaper and easier to distribute for games. Would be neat with one of those helmets that can tell what you are looking at. You could make a lot of cool stuff with that.
About 50% done... and a proof that it transforms, as well: Still gotta add what details I can, especially on the helmet, then make the specular and environment maps. So... anyone able to guess who it is, yet?
I'm sorry, but those helmets are ridiculous! :o Do they wear them because they run into things a lot? Maybe if they were a little more sleek and and accented a bird head rather than a people head?
goddam hazardous you cool man, nice work. the slits on the helmet look weird close up but from far away its fine (just limited polys i guess). aussie pride.
some reason the picture reminds me of Metal Gear Solid edit: now i see a guy in dark armor/helmet facing left with his arm stretched out to the right holding a pistol.
Yes! Redwall was the first thing I thought when I saw this model. I used to love those books. Texture looks great so far. A helmet sounds like a good idea.
Working on some Moon Knight redesigns for now. (Its not done yet, dont make a fuss, please keep it low-key) Helmet design adapted from John Cliff Alvarez's concept art.
I started rendering the helmet and set out the palette I would use - opting for a 'neon scheme of bright, popping greens and blues to assert the skin's classified rarity and get it to stand out in-engine.
