you need a better light setup. You seem to have changed nothing except removing shadows which is actually a downgrade. Get some stronger highlights, and try more out with the ground. off the top of my head: ctrl+delete will delete verts and edges when you have an edge loop selected. GCMP, the funny thing is that even tho you put some very intricate details in that hp mesh, most of them wont even be picked up by the bake. well, i personally seen junior get hired at 45K USD. and in several cases the junior artist was more skilled than the senior artists in the studio. the junior title is given only because he doesnt have previous experience but he got that salary because he is worth more than the senior artist. here in NY the starting salary…
