Just make sure that you are very clear that the assets in the level are not done by you. Give credit where credit is due. While you could go this route, I would personally try and learn vegetation and foliage and make all of the work my own. Vegetation isn't that difficult. Since you're using CRYENGINE, play around with the vegetation tools for random size. Are you using the Vegetation shader too? There's a Backface Lighting(something like that) slider, you can use that to fake variation. Random rotation + random size + adjusted backface lighting can give you some nice variation. Add other… -

The vegetables are very realistic, but I would rotate them around a bit more so they aren't perfectly stacked, vegetables (especially cucumbers) are always misshapen so they don't stack up in a perfect line.
