glad you like my work!! my next project is this tasty darksiders challange that's burning up the forum's servers right now :) i hope to post some progress soon. check it out if you feel like it. cheers! www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=95582&highlight=tsabszy
actually, once i posted this and got a fresh look at my concept (funny how because I drew it, I think i memorized it) I realized that her hair is in fewer strands and covers her face much less than my model does. Adjustments coming soon.
i think this thread fails on the obvious part of making games: making the best and most enjoyable games. as soon as you start losing focus on that, your company loses focus, and you start churning out shitty games, and you might as well file for bankruptcy, and do other work.
Hi there AT - I currently do not have any units left in stock, but I will for sure update this thread as soon as I order another production run :) I also plan to create more of these (a male one amongst other things) so stay tuned ! Thank you for your interest :)
Thank you guys, i will attend Katon's workshop, soon or later. But i got really interest on the workshop from Rafael Grassetti, but this guy i can't in touch. Send it him many messages. Does you guys know him, or know his workshop? http://grassettiart.com/workshop.html
So i was wondering if i could model this guy? I'm going to start up on my character portfolio soon and i'd really like to start out with him. could i get your email or something so i can ask some questions about the concept and stuff.
I was having this exact issue as well. I just added a couple of undefined checks, and it seems to work tip top. I'll probably take down this link soon since I did not get permission from slide to distribute. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/2904948/MaxScript/SlideTools-SlideNormalThief.mcr
Thanks guys, got a ton of feedback on this and a lot of good ideas have been brought to my attention. Will be doing my best to rework the design for the better! Given it is the holidays really soon It will take me some time, so hopefully within that time i get some more feedback. : )
I knew this was you as soon as I saw the image. I guess that means either: A. You've got a style going B. I've referenced your portfolio too much C. All of the above Anyways, looks pretty legit. How long have you been doing 3D?
This is how far I got before I injured my sculpting hand and I was forced to take a break from art stuff. I hope I'll be able to finish this soon but no matter how frustrated I am, now I just need to get my hand better.
